Chef Robert Charlton uses a consultative approach for developing a catering event. He asks pertinent questions of the client to understand their needs, wants and desires to make their event uniquely tailored to them.

An Associates culinary degree with high honors, Gold Medal for Culinary excellence and his experience as an Executive Sous Chef at Laurel Oak Country Club means that the term “Chef” is more than just a title. Chef Robert can provide, within reason and availability, almost any food for any event.
Chef Robert Charlton has delivered many catering events with food not on our current menu like three (3) banquets for over 300 people at the Milton District BSA, numerous events for Prince of Peace Lutheran Church as well as recent events for the Falls of Autrey Mill HOA and the Autrey Mill Nature Center.
